摘　　要：目的:探讨社区美沙酮维持治疗患者心理健康状况的动态变化。方法:应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对139例美沙酮维持治疗患者在入组时和维持治疗一个月后进行自评测查。结果:患者入组时SCL-90各因子分显著高于维持治疗一个月后和全国常模因子分,维持治疗一个月后SCL-90仍有多个因子分显著升高。SDS表明入组时患者抑郁发生率为93.4%,维持治疗一个月后为85.3%,两者无显著差异(χ2=2.403,P=0.121)。SAS表明入组时患者焦虑发生率为47.8%,维持治疗一个月后为34.6%,入组时焦虑发生率显著高于维持治疗一个月(χ2=4.499,P=0.034)。结论:社区美沙酮维持治疗患者心理健康水平不佳,应采取措施改善患者的心理状况,减少其不利影响。Objective：To explore mental health status of the patients in methadone maintenance therapy. Methods： 139 cases in methadone maintenance therapy received assessment of Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）, Self-rating depression scale （SDS） and Selfrating anxiety scale （SAS） when they accepted into the group and after maintenance therapy for 1 month. Results：All factors of SCL-90 of the patients accepted treatment is significant higher than that after maintenance therapy for 1 month and that of the Chinese normal people, many factors of SCL-90 were significant higher after 1 month treatment. SDS assessment showed depression incidence was 93.4% when accepted into the group, and 85.3% after maintenance therapy for 1 month, there is no significant difference （χ2 = 2. 403,P =0. 121）. The assessment of SAS showed anxiety incidence was 47.8% when the patients accepted into the group, and 34. 6% after maintenance therapy for 1 month, the anxiety incidence accepted into the group is significant higher than that of maintenance therapy for 1 month （ χ2 = 4. 499, P = 0. 034 ）. Conclusions： The patients in community methadone maintenance therapy have poor mental health, measures should be taken to improve their mental status, and reduce its negative effects.
