摘　　要：目的:通过对美沙酮维持治疗病人开展社会心理支持与治疗达到:(1)提高病人的治疗依从性;(2)提高病人治疗保留率;(3)帮助病人适应及回归社会。探索、分析和总结,形成一套符合中国国情的对美沙酮维持治疗病人心理支持与治疗的经验与方法。方法:针对项目试点门诊的美沙酮维持治疗病人开展四个层面的治疗,即(1)针对病人共性特点进行普遍性的心理支持与咨询;(2)针对不同类型病人的特点进行集体心理治疗;(3)针对病人的个性特点进行个别心理治疗;(4)针对病人的家庭问题开展家庭心理治疗。结果:通过对病人进行心理支持与治疗工作后,病人的保留率明显提高,尿吗啡检测阴性率也明显上升。结论:针对美沙酮维持治疗门诊病人的不同特点开展个别心理治疗、集体心理治疗、家庭治疗等后期心理支持与干预,对提高门诊病人的治疗依从性,提高门诊病人的保留率具有明显效果;对帮助病人适应及回归社会奠定了良好的基础。Objective： Methadone maintenance treatment for patients through psychosocial support and treatment carried out to achieve：（ 1 ）Improve patient Treatment compliance;（2） Improve the retention rate of patients treated;（3 ）Help patients to adapt and return to society o Explore, analyze and summarize, in line with China＇s national conditions to form a methadone maintenance treatment for pa- tients with psychological support and treatment experience and methods. Methods：Pilot project for outpatient methadone maintenance treatment for patients to carry out four levels, namely（ 1 ） The universality of common characteristics for the patients psychological support and counseling; （ 2 ） Patient characteristics for different types of collective psychotherapy ; （3） For the patient＇ s personality characteristics of individual psychological treatment; （4）For the patientg family issues family therapy o Results：Through the psychological support of pa- tients and treatment work, The patient＇ s retention rate has improved significantly, Negative rate of detection of morphine in urine was signif- icantly increased. Conclusion：Outpatient methadone maintenance treatment for the different characteristics to carry out individual psycho- therapy, group therapy, family therapy and other psychological support and intervention in the late,Outpatient treatment to improve compli- ance,Improve the retention rate of out-patients has obvious effect;To help patients return to society to adapt and laid a good foundation.
