摘　　要：针对计算机科学与技术专业双语教学效果不理想的现状,提出以系统性、连贯性和可操作性的原则科学合理构建双语教学体系,从教学思想、教学管理、师资队伍、教学环境等方面全面规划,按照循序渐进、分阶段和分层次的思路,针对教学规划、教学准备、教学实施、教学评价和教学管理等环节切实开展好本专业的双语教学。Based on the present situation of Bilingual Teaching System in Computer Science and Technology Major,the paper proposed a Bilingual Teaching System should be constructed systematically,consistently and operationally.The bilingual teaching system includes four aspects： teaching theory,teaching management,teaching staff and teaching environment.The detailed teaching sections involve teaching plan,teaching preparation,teaching implement,teaching evaluation and teaching management.The bilingual teaching in computer science and technology major should be in proper sequence and advanced in phrase and levels.
