摘　　要：自上世纪80年代以来,素质教育问题已成为国内学界,尤其是教育界热门话题之一。随之,蒙语授课大学生素质教育也提到了议事日程。由于对素质、素质教育概念界定的不一或不确切,包括蒙古族大学生的素质教育问题一直没有得到很好的解决。笔者从素质、素质教育的概念入手,对包括蒙语授课大学生在内的当代大学生素质教育中存在的问题、现状进行分析,并提出对策建议。Since the 1980s,quality education has become one of the hot topics in the academic field,especially the educational field in China.Consequently,the quality education of Mongolian students is put on the agenda.Due to the different and ambiguous definition about quality and quality education,the problem about quality education including the education of Mongolian students has not been well solved.Starting with the definition of quality and quality education,the author makes an analysis about the problems in the quality education of contemporary college students including Mongolian students,and also puts forward some solutions.
