高职大学生管理存在难度的研究分析

摘　　要："90后"大学生是在改革开放深入发展的这一特殊历史时期成长起来的,所以在他们身上不可避免地具有社会的一些属性,如自我意识强烈、功利心强、叛逆心理、思想多元化等,而这些必然给高校学生管理工作带来难度。尤其是高职学生,笔者将对高职大学生管理上的难度、原因及应对措施进行分析。＂Post-90s＂ of the students in-depth development of reform and opening up of this particular historical period to grow up,so they have a society who inevitably some properties,such as strong sense of self,utilitarian heart,rebellious,ideological pluralism,etc.these will inevitably bring to the management of the difficulty of college students,especially college students,I will be the difficulty of the management of vocational students,causes and countermeasures for analysis.
