摘　　要：本文从社会主义现代化建设所需人才入手,通过对当代大学生思想政治素质现状的分析,阐述了高校思想政治理论课教师在人才培养中的作用与责任。With the talents socialist modernization needs as the starting point, this paper interprets the role and responsibility of college ideological and political theory course teachers in talent cultivation through the analysis of the current status of contemporary college students＇ ideological and political accomplishment.
