摘　　要：通过文献回顾和自身经验分析的方法对医学实习生的临床带教工作进行分析,找出其中存在的各种问题,再提出相应的解决方法和对策并应用于临床教学实践中,使参加临床实习的医学实习生学习热情得到提升,临床教学质量得到提高,同时也为医学实习生在创伤外科的临床带教提供了借鉴。The clinical teaching method of the medical interns was analyzed with document review and empirical analysis,the existing problems were found,and the relevant methods were presented and used in the clinical teaching after that.The enthusiasm of the medical interns was promoted,and the quality of clinical teaching was also advanced after the analysis and the usage of the new method.It also provides a reference suggestion for the clinical teaching of the medical interns.
