多排螺旋CT诊断肾结核的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:进一步探讨肾结核的CT诊断。方法:用美国产GE-Lightspeed4排螺旋CT机对120例已确诊的肾结核患者进行扫描,对结果进行分析。结果:120例中肾脏外形改变,增大48例,缩小12例,正常60例;肾实质内单发或多发低密度灶24例;肾实质内多发囊状低密度灶96例;肾内钙化54例,其中完全钙化6例。结论:多层螺旋CT扫描对肾结核的诊断有重要应用价值。Objective： A further study on the CT diagnosis of renal tuberculosis. Methods ： 120 patients who had been diagnosed renal tuberculosis were scanned with GE - lightspeed 4, and analyses over the results were performed. Results ： Out of the 120cases, 48 cases showed kidney enlargement, 12cases showed shrinking of kidndy, 60cases were normal in kidney shape; 24 cases showed single or multiple low density lesions in renal parenchyma; 96cases showed multiple lowdensity cystic lesion in renal parenchyma;54 cases showed renal calcification where there were 6 cases of complete calcification. Conclusion：MRCT in diagnosis of renal tuberculosis showed significant practical value.
