摘　　要：对文化资本运作方式的研究还处在初级阶段。翻译作为文化资本运作及流通手段,受到语言和文化地位、赞助人等因素的制约。"第三空间"作为文化差异以及语言、文化不平等之间协商的"居间",打破后殖民双峰对峙的态势,促使民族间的文化交往走向融合,为文化资本跨越民族的疆域提供保障,启发当代文化资本的输入与输出。Further exploration of the mode for the manipulation of translational cultural capital in translation activity is necessary. Translation considered as means of the circulation and manipulation of cultural capital is restricted by the status of the languages and cultures of the source text and the target text, by patronage and other factors. ＂The third space＂ as ＂in-between space＂ negotiating the difference of culture and the inequalities between languages and cultures, breaks down the confrontation in a post-colonial context, promotes the acculturation between nations, and ensures that cultural capital crosses national boundaries, enlightening today＇ s ways of translation into Chinese or into second languages from Chinese.
