摘　　要：针对虚拟参考咨询系统开发的需求分析和需求建模的问题进行了研究。采用文献研究的方法,对虚拟参考咨询系统的服务方式、需求进行分析和归纳,运用UML的用例图对系统的需求进行了科学的表述,并运用Rational Rose建立起系统需求模型。This paper studies on the requirement analysis and requirement modeling of virtual reference service（VRS）system.We analyze how VRS System works and sum up the system requirements through document overview.Then we scientifically describe the system requirements in the form of Use Case View in UML,and model software requirements through Rational Rose.
