西帕依固龈液治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察西帕依固龈液治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法选择糜烂型扁平苔藓患者63例,随机分成两组。实验组34例采用西帕依固龈液含漱,对照组29例采用复方氯己定液含漱,将疗效进行对比观察。结果实验组糜烂面显著缩小,疼痛程度显著减轻,糜烂愈合时间明显短于对照组,实验组总有效率88.24%,对照组总有效率55.17%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓具有较好的短期临床效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of Xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus （OLP）. Methods Sixty-three erosive OLP cases were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group included 34 cases was treated with Xipayi mouth rinse, and the control group with 29 cases was treated with Compound Gargle Solution Chlorhexidine Giuconatie. The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Comparing the two groups, the erosion healing time of Xipayi mouth rinse was obviously shorter than that of the control group; The treated group showed that the pain was remarkbly relieved and the erosion areas were obviously smaller. The significant differences were found between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xipayi mouth rinse is effective in the treatment of erosive OLP.
