摘 要:目的对比分析双源64层CT影像技术在支气管动脉的应用价值及不同点。方法选取我院2007年1月~2009年12月收治的肺部疾病患者72例,回顾性分析双源CT在临床诊治肺部疾病中的应用,并对比分析其他影像的各自优缺点。结果不同的检查手段在支气管动脉病变部位及程度上敏感性及特异性有所差异(P<0.05)。结论对于支气管动脉病变患者,单源CT与双源CT在敏感性和特异性上无显著性差异,临床上可作为筛选检查手段,但双源64层CT影像更利于支气管动脉及肺部病变的早期发现、诊断和治疗。Objective To comparatively analyze the clinical value and differences of dual-source 64-slice CT angiography (CTA) in bronchial arteries. Methods Seventy-two patients with lung diseases treated in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2009 were selected, and clinical applications of dual-source CT in the diagnosis and treatment of lung disease patients were analyzed retrospectively, and other images of the respective advantages and disadvantages were also compara- tively analyzed. Results There were differences in sensitivity and specificity of different checking means for detecting the location and severity of bronchial artery lesions (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion For patients with bronchial artery diseases, single- source CT and dual-source CT have no significant differences in sensitivity and specificity, and can be used as screening tools in the clinical examination, but the dual-source 64-slice CT imaging is more conducive to the early detection, diagnosis and treatment of bronchial artery and pulmonary diseases.
