我国体育院校院系两级管理机构设置及职能分析

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、访谈法和调查法,收集与体育院校院系两级管理机构设置及职能相关的资料,对体育院校实施的院系两级教学管理体制进行研究,分析院系两级管理机构的设置及其职能。通过挖掘和整理体育院校管理体制的特点,以及管理机构设置的现状,构建了校院系三级框架和实施院系两级管理的基本模式,为成功避免教学管理上权利高度集中、机构职责单一、教学与管理工作分离等现象做出了有益尝试。Based on the method of literature research,interview and investigation,the research obtains the information of the two-level management institution of the departments of the sport colleges so as to study the two-level management mechanism of these departments and analyze its setting and function.By exploring and summarizing the features of the management system and the status quo of the setting of the management institution,the paper establishes the three-level framework of the college,department and major and the two-level management of the department and major so as to make good tentative to successfully avoid the highly power centralization of teaching management,single institution function and separation between teaching and management.
