整合素α5β1和血管内皮生长因子在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌中整合素oc581和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达与各临床病理因素的关系，以及两者在结直肠癌中表达的相关性。方法对116例结直肠癌患者采用原位杂交染色方法检测正常结直肠黏膜及结直肠癌组织中击B1和VEGF的表达。结果结直肠癌组织中击81和VEGF的表达阳性率分别为56．00％和61．29％，正常结直肠黏膜两者表达的阳性率分别为4％、6％，与正常结直肠黏膜中的表达阳性率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；击B1及VEGF两者表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无明显相关（P〉0．05），在组织学分化差、淋巴结转移、Dukes’分期高者硒B1和VEGF表达率增高，而且浸润深度较深者VEGF表达率增高，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在结直肠癌组织中击B1表达和VEGF表达呈正相关（r8=0．63，P〈0．01）。结论o．5131和VEGF在结直肠癌组织中表达增高，提示其参与结直肠癌的发生、发展。Objective To study the expression of integrin α5β1 and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in colorectal carcinoma tissue, the relationship between expression and clinicopathologoc features and the correlation between α5β1 expression and VEGF expression in colorectal carcinoma tissue. Methods The expression levels of α5β1 and VEGF in normal colorectal mucosa and colorectal carcinoma tissue were detected by using in situ hybridization. Results The positive expression rate of α5β1 and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma tissue was 56. 00% and 61.29%, and that in normal colorectal mucosal tis- sue was 4% and 6%, respectively. There was significant difference in the positive expression rate between colorectal carcinoma tissue and normal colorectal mucosa （P 〈 O. 05）. The expression of α5β1 and VEGF was not associated with gender, age, tumor size （P 〉 O. 05 ）. The expression rate of α5β1 and VEGF in patients with poor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and high Dukes＇ staging was increased, and the expression rate of VEGF in patients with deeper infiltration depth was increased （P 〈 O. 05）. There was a positive correlation between the expression of α5β1 and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma tissue （rs =0. 63, P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusion In colorectal carcinoma, the expression of α5β1 and VEGF is heightened, which hints they participate in the generation and development of colorectal carcinoma.
