摘　　要：考克斯圆桌商业原则,突破了旧的企业伦理观,反对企业将利润作为唯一追求,强调兼顾企业、个人、社会的新的企业伦理观。考克斯圆桌商业原则体现了一种均衡的、协调的发展观和思想。The Caux RoUnd Table Principles for Business broked the old view of business ethies which takes the profit as the sole putsuit. Itis a new enterprise ethics which should take into account interests of businesses, customers, employees, suppliers, competitors and social responsibility： The Caux Round Table Principles for Business embodies a balanced and coordinated development view and thought.
