摘　　要：目的:检测卵巢上皮性癌组织的synuclein-γ表达情况,结合临床资料进行分析,研究synuclein-γ表达与卵巢癌预后之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法对30例正常卵巢组织石蜡切片,101例上皮性癌组织石蜡切片进行synuclein-γ表达的检测。结果:正常卵巢组织中未见synuclein-γ的表达(0/30),63.4%(64/101)的卵巢癌组织表达synuclein-γ,在减瘤满意的43例患者中,有25例复发。χ2检验提示synuclein-γ的表达与复发有关(58.1%,P=0.038),与腹腔转移有关(P=0.007),而与年龄、绝经与否、绝经年龄、生育年龄、病理类型、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移等因素均无关。结论:卵巢癌组织中存在synuclein-γ异常高表达,并与卵巢癌的复发转移有关,有可能成为提示卵巢癌复发的指标。Objective： To detect and analyze the expression of synuclein-γ in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue combined with clinical data, research the relationship between synuclein-γ expression and prognosis of ovarian cancer. Methods ： Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of synuclein -γ in paraffin sections of 30 cases with normal ovarian tissue and 101 cases with epithelial ovarian cancer tissue. Results： Synuclein-γ didnt express in normal ovarian tissue, synuclein-γ expressed in 63.4% （64/101） of the cases with epithelial ovarian cancer tissue; among 43 cases with satisfactory result of tumor cytoreduction, 25 cases recurred. Chisquare test showed that synuclein-γ expression was correlated with occurrence （58. 1% , P = 0. 038 ） and metastasis of abdominal cavity （71.8% , P =0. 007）, and it was not related to age, menopause or not, menopausal age, reproductive age, pathological types, clinical stages, and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion： Abnormal high expression of synuclein -γ exists in epithelial ovarian cancer, which is correlated with occurrence and metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer, synuclein-γ may become to be an index to predict the prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
