摘 要:目的:了解呼和浩特市市售蜜饯食品卫生质量,探讨影响卫生质量的因素,提出合理建议。方法:对呼和浩特市市售蜜饯类食品进行随机抽样,按照相应的国家标准进行检测和评价。结果:市售蜜饯合格率为46.7%,主要由过量使用防腐剂所致。防腐剂、甜味剂和着色剂的超标率分别为50.00%、10.00%和3.33%;有无包装及厂家是否明确的蜜饯产品合格率均较低,且差异无统计学意义。结论:呼和浩特市市售蜜饯合格率较低,相关监督部门应加强监督管理。Objective:To understand the food hygiene quality of commercial preserved fruit in Huhhot,and to investigate the factors affecting health quality and put forward reasonable proposals.Methods:To apply random sampling method to test and evaluate commercial preserved fruit in accordance with appropriate national standards.Results:The exceeding rate of commercial preserved fruit was 46.7%,which mainly caused by the excessive use of preservatives.The preservatives,sweeteners and colorant exceeding rate were 50%,10% and 3.33%,respectively.With or without packaging and whether manufacturers were clear,product qualified rate was relatively low,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Product qualified rate of Huhhot comm4ercial preserved fruit was low,and the relevant supervision departments should strengthen supervision and management.
