摘　　要：目的:了解呼和浩特市市售蜜饯食品卫生质量,探讨影响卫生质量的因素,提出合理建议。方法:对呼和浩特市市售蜜饯类食品进行随机抽样,按照相应的国家标准进行检测和评价。结果:市售蜜饯合格率为46.7%,主要由过量使用防腐剂所致。防腐剂、甜味剂和着色剂的超标率分别为50.00%、10.00%和3.33%;有无包装及厂家是否明确的蜜饯产品合格率均较低,且差异无统计学意义。结论:呼和浩特市市售蜜饯合格率较低,相关监督部门应加强监督管理。Objective：To understand the food hygiene quality of commercial preserved fruit in Huhhot,and to investigate the factors affecting health quality and put forward reasonable proposals.Methods：To apply random sampling method to test and evaluate commercial preserved fruit in accordance with appropriate national standards.Results：The exceeding rate of commercial preserved fruit was 46.7%,which mainly caused by the excessive use of preservatives.The preservatives,sweeteners and colorant exceeding rate were 50%,10% and 3.33%,respectively.With or without packaging and whether manufacturers were clear,product qualified rate was relatively low,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion：Product qualified rate of Huhhot comm4ercial preserved fruit was low,and the relevant supervision departments should strengthen supervision and management.
