DCF方案治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察多西他赛联合顺铂、5-氟尿嘧啶治疗老年晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法：分析老年晚期胃癌31例,多西他赛75mg/m2,静脉滴注,d1;顺铂20mg/m2静脉滴注,d1~5;5-FU500 mg/m224小时持续泵入,d1~5。21天为一个周期,2个周期后评价疗效。结果：全组31例患者CR1例,PR14例,有效率（CR＋PR）48.4%（15/31）,中位进展时间为4.3个月,主要不良反应为白细胞下降。结论：DCF方案治疗老年晚期胃癌疗效较好,且毒副反应可以耐受。Objective： To observe the efficacy and toxicity of combination of docetaxel,5-fluorouracil,cis- platin in the treatment of patients with advanced older gastric cancer. Methods： Thirty-one older patients with advanced gastric cancer were received docetaxel（75mg/m2 dl）,cisplatin（20mg/m2 dl-d5）, 5-fluorouracil（500mg/m2 continous ivgtt,24h,d1-d5）.The treatment was repeated every 3 weeks.The evaluation of the efficacy and adverse effects was carried out after two cyclics. Results ：In the 31 cases ,there was 1 case of CR and 14 cases of PR.The overall response rate was 48.4%（1531）.The median time to progression was 4.3 months , The main toxicities was leucopenia. Conclusion： The combined regimen of DCF is effective and can be tolerated by older patients with advanced astrle cancer_
