摘　　要：西藏期刊的改革目前尚处于探索阶段。无论是创新机制还是进一步捋顺体制内的各种关系,首先涉及的应是刊物的分类定性问题。其中,非民文类、非时政类的非(学报)学术类期刊在改革中应作出更为深入的研究和更为积极的探索。民文类、时政类、(学报)学术类的期刊在文化体制改革的大背景下也应积极探索,勇于创新。西藏期刊要发展,各期刊社应在思想上正确看待文化体制改革与期刊发展的关系,重视期刊的营销,大力加强信息化建设和内部管理,有高度的自觉和自信;同时,各有关方面应对西藏期刊的发展高度重视,注意体制内的相互协调和衔接,积极稳妥地推进各项改革。The reform of the periodicals in Tibet is still in the exploratory stage.Whether it is to innovate the mechanisms or further stroke the various relationships within the system,the first thing should be related to the classification of publications.Among them,non-political and non-academic periodicals should be made more in-depth research and active exploration in the reform.To develop the Tibet periodicals,the publishing houses should ideologically correct the views of the relationship between periodicals development and cultural system,pay attention to the publication marketing,strengthen the information construction and the internal management vigorously with highly self-consciousness and self-confidence.At the same time,importance Should be attached to the development of Tibet periodicals,in order to coordinate with the system and push forward the reform actively and steadily.
