摘  要:主题酒店凭借其差异化的经营理念成为中国酒店市场发展的新方向,在过去的十年内发展很快。但主题酒店业存在内涵建设不突出、价值诉求不明确等问题,使得我国主题酒店的发展没有达到业界对其预期。根据价值创新理论,企业在发展过程中应该同时追求差异化和低成本,从而实现顾客和企业的双重价值。主题酒店应该把加强市场洞察力培养、切实提升顾客感知价值和降低顾客实际支付成本作为酒店未来经营管理的新方向。Theme hotel,with its differentiated business philosophy,has become a pioneer in China's hotel market and has made amazing achievement in the past decade.However,insufficient efforts have been made to promote the internal construction of civilization and to clarify the value of demand,so it is natural that theme hotel has failed to meet the expectations from the other social members.According to the value of innovation theory,a company in its developing phase,should pursue differentiation and low cost at the same time,in order to keep up with the values of customers and enterprises at the same time.In this sense,it is more necessary for a theme hotel to strengthen its market insight,enhance the customer perceived value and reduce the customers' actual costs so that it can carve out a new road for its favorable operation and management in the future.
