摘  要:目的:探讨镉对大头金蝇幼虫生长发育的影响及其在法医学死亡时间推断中的意义。方法:取初产卵接入不同剂量(0、100、200、500、1 000 mg/kg)镉中毒小鼠尸体上,于(25.0±0.5)℃光照培养箱内饲养,对其幼虫体长变化进行测量分析。结果:大头金蝇幼虫体长在取食期极显著线性增长后,在离食期显著降低。就取食期幼虫而言,镉在≤200 mg/kg下可略微促进幼虫体长的增长,但在≥500 mg/kg下可极显著地抑制体长的增长并延长其幼虫的发育历期。结论:镉对大头金蝇幼虫体长有显著影响。Objective: To investigate the effect of cadmium on growth and development of larval Chrysomya megacephala,and to analyze its forensic importance in determining the time of death.Methods: The newly laid eggs were placed onto mice received various concentrations(0、100、200、500、1 000 mg/kg)of cadmium,and were reared in an incubator at(25.0±0.5)℃.Body lengths of the larvae were measured and analyzed.Results: Body length of larvae increased significantly linearly in the feeding stage,and decreased significantly in the postfeeding stage.As to the larvae in the feeding stage,the increase of body length was slightly promoted by cadmium in ≤200 mg/kg,but significantly suppressed in ≥500 mg/kg.Conclusion: Cadmium has significant effect on body length of larvae of Chrysomya megacephala.
