摘　　要：压电陶瓷电机是利用压电陶瓷材料激发超声波实现驱动的一种新型电机,具有低速下大力矩输出、无电磁干扰、静音操作、保持力矩大、响应速度快、结构简单等特点。它打破了由电磁效应获得转速和扭矩的传统电机的概念,是当代国内外热门的高新技术之一受到关注。针对压电陶瓷电机的市场潜力巨大,分析了压电陶瓷电机的性能优势,介绍了压电陶瓷电机的结构形式与工作原理,研究了压电陶瓷电机的类型和产品的技术特点。piezoelectric ceramic motor is excited uhrasonic piezoelectric ceramic materials to achieve a new type of motor drive, with low speed high torque output, no electromagnetic interference, quiet operation, to maintain torque, fast response, simple structure and other characteristics .
