略论中国传统文化的价值取向对警察文化建设的影响——以湖南警察学院“忠、真、智、勇”校训为例

摘　　要：中国传统文化的价值取向主要是"忠孝仁义礼智信勇"等,其对警察文化、警察队伍的建设有一定的实际指导作用。"忠"要求人民警察忠于祖国、忠于人民、忠于事业、爱岗敬业;"真"是指导警务工作的一个重要理论基础";智"提高人民警察的工作能力、工作水平;"勇"要求人民警察见义勇为,具备责任感、正义感和使命感。WThe value orientation of traditional Chinese culture are ＂Loyalty＂,＂Filiality＂,＂Love＂,＂Duty＂,＂Etiquette＂,＂Wisdom＂,＂Honesty＂ and ＂Bravery＂,which can provide practical guidence to the construction of the police team and police culture.＂Loyalty＂ requires the policemen to be loyal to our country,our people,their career and jobs;＂Honesty＂is one of the important theoretical basis for the guidance to the police organs;＂Wisdom＂ can help improve their abilities and working levels;＂Bravery＂ calls for the sense of responsibility,just and bravery when they are faced with dangers.
