摘　　要：实验室是高等院校重要的科研阵地,现存实验室管理存在种种弊端。作者对高校实验室管理模式及其现有模式下的利弊进行了分析,并以南京医科大学公共卫生学院共用科研平台为例,分析集中管理模式的优势,并提出了如何管理共用科研平台的建设性措施和建议,加快实验室改革发展的步伐。Laboratories in colleges and universities are the important position of scientific research.However,there are some problems in the management model.Taking Nanjing Medical University as the example,in consideration of the circumstances,the article explored the construction of laboratories in colleges and universities,which was public scientific research platform,through investigating the advantages and disadvantages of the management model of university lab,analyzing the existing centralized management model,and advancing some strategies for administration and development after the combination of the labs.
