摘　　要：外科学是一门实践性很强的学科。医学本科生外科实习是我国高等医学教育的重要组成部分,是医学生在完成基础和临床理论学习后将所学知识与临床实践相结合,从学生到医生角色转变的重要时期。如何培养"实用型"医学人才是摆在我们面前的首要问题。文章分析了医学生在外科实习中存在的问题,并提出一些积极的应对措施。Surgery is the subject of practice.The clinical practice of surgery undergraduate students is a critical component of higher medical education in our country.It is a very important period for medical students to combine the basic knowledge and clinical practice after they complete their basic and clinical theory learning,and they will also finish the role transition that from a student to a doctor at this very time.We face the chief problem is how to culture the practical type medical professional.The problems of clinical practice in surgery were analyzed in this article,at the same time countermeasures were raised.
