摘　　要：目的内镜下高频电切术治疗胃结肠息肉的效果及安全性。方法对50例患者消化道息肉采用高频电凝切除术的方法进行治疗。结果 50枚息肉中,上消化道15枚,结肠35枚,无并发症发生。结论内镜下治疗消化道息肉安全有效。Objective To study the effect and safety of High-frequency endoscopic resection of gastric colon polyps.Methods 50 patients with gastrointestinal polyps were treated by high frequency electrocoagulation resection.The data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 50 polyps,the colon of upper gastrointestinal in 15 cases,35 cases with no complications.Conclusion Endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal polyps mightbe safe and effective.
