摘  要:目的探讨组织伦理氛围与医患沟通行为的相关性,以求证强化组织伦理氛围能够改善医患沟通模式,构建和谐医患关系,减少医疗纠纷的发生。方法随机选择四家不同等级医院,共发放问卷300份,剔除无效问卷,回收有效问卷295份。运用描述性分析、因子分析、方差分析、LSD-t多重比较检验、简单相关分析等统计方法对资料进行处理。结果医院类别变量与组织伦理氛围各维度有显著差异。医护人员变量中的年龄、教育程度、工作年限及职别分别与组织伦理氛围各维度中的规则氛围、专业氛围及关怀氛围有显著差异。医院类别变量和医护人员变量与医患沟通行为各维度无显著差异。组织伦理氛围与医患沟通行为呈显著相关。结论根据研究结果为医院管理层提出切实可行的建议,希望从政策面落实,改善医患关系,有助于医疗纠纷的解决。Objective To discuss about the relationship between establishing the ethical climate and the communication between doctors and patients and to verify that ethical climate can not only improve the communication mode between doctors and patients but help to construct the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients as well.Methods We randomly selected four hospitals of various grades and distributed 300 questionnaires.After sorting out the invalid ones,we collected 295 valid questionnaires.Afterwards,we use descriptive analysis,factor analysis,variance analysis,multiple comparison tests of LSD-t,simple correlation analysis and other statistical methods for data processing.Results We find that there is significant difference between the hospital variables and organizational ethical climate dimensions.We also find that there is significant difference between the age,education,working years and titles of the medical staff variables and the rules atmosphere,professional atmosphere and caring atmosphere in each dimension of the ethical climate respectively.But there is no significant difference between the type of hospital and medical staff variables and each dimension of the doctor-patient communication behavior.There is significant relationship between organizational ethical climate and doctor-patient communication behavior.Conclusion Some feasible suggestions were put forward for the hospital managers.Hopefully the hospital managers can resolve the problem of doctor-patient relationship properly.
