摘　　要：目的了解我院健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,Hp)感染特征,探讨Hp感染的流行病学特点。方法选择2010年12月至2011年10月健康体检人员作为调查对象。均使用14C尿素呼气试验(14C-UBT)检测Hp。结果调查802名体检人员,Hp总感染率45.14%;Hp感染率女性与男性间、各年龄组间差异无统计学意义;地区间比较显示农村的Hp感染率高;有消化道疾病病史组的Hp感染率高于无病史组。结论 Hp在健康人群中感染率高,防治Hp具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of helicobacter pylori in health check group.Methods 802 cases from Dec 2010 to Oct 2011 were given the 14C-UBT detection of helicobacter pylori.Results The total infection rate of helicobacter pylori was 45.14%.There＇s no significant difference between gender and age group.But it＇s significantly high in group of rural and group with gastric disease history.Conclusion The prevalence of helicobacter pylori is higher,and it is important to prevent and treat helicobacter pylori.
