摘  要:提出了一种加压型假肢骨内植入体的设计,并对该植入体的生物力学特性进行评价。借鉴预加压固定技术,设计并制造出加压型假肢骨内植入体模型。运用应变电测量技术和原理,比较研究加压型骨内植入体与传统螺纹型骨内植入体对周围骨组织应力遮挡程度的差异。结果:加压型骨内植入体的应力分布与正常状态接近,而两种植入体间除远离假体的L4、M4点外,其余各测量点均有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论:加压型假肢骨内植入体较传统骨内植入体具有更优良的生物力学特性,能有效地减少甚至避免应力遮挡效应的发生。To propose a new design of pre-stress endosseous implant of artificial limbs and evaluate its biomechanical characteristics,the model of pre-stress endosseous implant of artificial limbs was designed and manufactured by using the pre-stress technology.The principle of strain electronic measurement technique was applied to research the differences of stress shielding between pre-stress endosseous implant and screw-thread endosseous implant.It is resulted that stress distribution of pre-stress endosseous implant was closed to normal,and highly significant difference(p0.01)between the two implants was found at all measuring points except L4 and M4.It is conclused that biomechanical characteristics of pre-stress endosseous implant is better than screw-thread endosseous implant,thus it can effectively reduce or even avoid the stress shielding.
