摘  要:分析了目前高职教育中儿科护理实践教学中面临的主要问题,介绍了信息化SimBaby模拟病房的建设及其在儿科护理实训教学中的应用。该方法突破传统的课程技能培训,在模拟真实的职业场景中逐步培养学生综合能力,有效缓解了学生人数多与高仿真模型和优质教师数量少之间的矛盾,调动了学生参与模拟教学的主动性,同时也激发了专业教师教学改革的积极性,取得了较好的效果。在此基础上,提出实训实践一体化改革设想。This paper analyzes the existing problems in pediatric nursing skills training in higher vocational education and introduces the construction and application of informatianalized SimBaby simulated ward. The simulated ward could overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching methods in pediatric nursing skills training and gradually cultivate nursing students' comprehensive abilities in simulated environment,which effectively resolved the shortage of high-technology teaching equipments and high-quality teachers ,motivated nursing students' activity in participation of simulated teaching,and inspired the teachers' positivity in teaching reform. In addition,the authors propose the idea of integration of skills training and clinical practice.
