论中国知识产权制度对高新技术企业的激励机制研究

摘　　要：在当今国际竞争中,我国高新技术企业只有不断进行科技创新,拥有自主知识产权的核心技术,才能在国际竞争中立于优势地位。知识产权制度在高新技术企业科技创新中起着重要的激励作用,但是由于我国知识产权制度本身的不完善以及高新技术企业内部知识产权激励机制的不健全使得中国知识产权制度的激励功能没有能够充分发挥出来。因此,我国应该充分发挥知识产权制度的激励作用,建立一个协调统一的高新技术企业知识产权激励机制。Under today＇s international competition,only by promoting technological innovation and having Core technologies of proprietary intellectual property rights,China can stand in a dominant position in international competition.Intellectual property relations play an important role in encouraging technological innovation of high and new tech enterprises.Because of faultiness of Chinese intellectual property relations and incentive system of high and new tech enterprises＇ intellectual property rights,the function of Chinese Intellectual property relations are not able to put into a fully play.So China should gave full play to the incentive function of Intellectual property relations,and establish a Coherent incentive system of new tech enterprises＇ intellectual property rights.
