摘　　要：固定资产是商业企业生产工具,是生产力要素之一,商业企业固定资产结构、状况及管理水平是影响其竞争力的重要因素。企业目前财务管理方面的任务,主要是适应社会主义市场经济的需要,提高固定资产的使用效益,在当前经济形势下,如何加强商业企业固定资产管理,是我们目前亟待解决的问题。现就如何加强商业企业固定资产管理,发挥其使用效益,作出一些有益探讨。Fixed asset is the production tool of commercial enterprise,and is one of the elements of productive forces.And the fixed asset structure,status and management levels of commercial enterprise are important factors affecting their competitiveness.The task of financial management is mainly to meet the needs of the Socialist market economy and improve the use benefit of fixed assets.In the current economic situation,how to strengthen the fixed asset management of business enterprise is the present problem demanding prompt solution.The paper makes some discussion on how to strengthen the fixed asset management of business enterprise.
