摘　　要：本文介绍了什么是学校的内涵发展?如何才能将内涵发展落在实处?那么只有提高人才培养质量,培养思想和技术过硬的人才,得到社会用人单位的认可,这才是真正的领悟了内涵精神,所以内涵发展的根本目标就是提高人才培养质量。This paper describes what is the connotation development of school？ How to put content development on a firm footing？ Then only improve the quality of personnel training,train skilled talents,finally are recognized by the employing unit of society,which is really comprehend the spirit of connotation,so the fundamental objective of content development is to improve the quality of personnel training.
