摘　　要：以就业为导向,提高学生职业能力为核心,对金属学与热处理课程实验教学内容进行改革。去掉单一的验证性试验项目,增加以学生就业岗位工作任务为背景的模拟综合实验训练项目,在教学中进行实践,取得良好效果。It reformed the experiment teaching content of metallgraphy and heat-treatment for sticking to employment-orientation and the core of improving students＇ professional ability.The proving test was deleted.In the meanwhile it added simulation experiment against the background of professional task.It has acquired good result in teaching practice.
