摘 要:目的着力解决护士缺口问题,稳定护理队伍,促进护理服务和质量的提高。方法针对护士缺口现状,对其成因、潜在隐患等问题进行分析。结果调查显示七成多的护士一直想转行,而且护士流失现象已呈日益增加的趋势。主要原因有工作压力和劳动强度大,而工作价值得不到体现。护士流失将直接影响护理工作的正常进行和质量。结论重新审视护士管理政策,用积极的制度吸引众多护士投身于护理行业,是亟待解决和必须解决好的问题。Objectives This paper suggest to putting forth effort to settle nurses insufficiency problem for stabilizing nursing team and for improving nursing service and the improvement of quality.Methods It analyzes the causes and potential risk of nursing insufficiency according to its current situation.Results It shows that over 70% nurses intend to transfer to other professions,meanwhile the phenomenon of nurses brain appears increasing trend.The main reasons are work pressure and heavy intensity of labor and without embodying work value.Nurses brain may directly affect normal proceed and quality of nursing work.Conclusions The problems have to be settled urgently and well are to re-inspect nursing management policy,attracting more nurse throw themselves into nursing profession by positive system.
