摘　　要：高校对大学生就业心理的消极影响主要表现在大学生就业心理的认知和意向两方面的偏差,通过提高教学质量、改革教育模式,完善就业指导和职业心理咨询体系,可以优化大学生就业心理的认知方面;通过思想政治教育工作,可以优化大学生就业心理的意向方面。The negative impact of college to students＇ employment psychology mainly reflects in the deviation in the cognition and intention of employment psychology of university students. By improving the quality of teaching, reforming the education model, improving career guidance and career counseling system, the cognition of employment psychology for students can be optimized and by ideological and political education, the intention to employment psychology for students can be optimized.
