摘　　要：新建地方院校土建类专业受师资、实验、学术水平的影响,只能定位于培养生产一线的高级应用型人才,这就要求在教学过程中,必须转变教育观念,以实践教学为主线,构建相对独立的实践教学体系,以校内实践教学为基础,校外实习基地实训为平台,建立良性培养机制,促进学生不断提高工程实践能力。In view of influence of academic level, experiment and qualified teachers, civil engineering specialty in newly-built local colleges only train the high-level application-oriented personnel of front line of production, which requires us change education concept, build the relatively independent practice teaching system, taking practice teaching as the main line, establish a good cultivation mechanism to promote students＂ improvement of engineering practice ability, taking campus practice teaching as the foundation, the extramural practice base training as a platform in the teaching process.
