摘 要:测量焊接过程的热循环循环曲线对于进行焊接冶金分析和应力分析意义重大。由于激光焊接近缝区温度变化极快,且热源快速移动,对测量的仪器和系统提出了很高的要求。基于Labview软件和USB数据采集卡,选用高精度、快速响应热电偶,建立了激光焊接接触式测温系统。实现了冷端温度的实时补偿和激光焊接过程中多点热循环曲线的测量,系统能满足激光焊接热过程快速响应的要求,获得了准确的测量结果。The detection of thermal cycles of laser welding takes an important part in analysis of welding metallurgy and residual stress.The temperature near the seam is rapidly changed,even the thermal source is fast moving,which brings difficulties in detection instrument and system.A system is set up in this paper used in detecting laser welding temperature field of laser welding,assisted by Labview and data acquisition board based on USB bus,in the grand of selecting thermocouples which are high-accuracy and quick response to the temperature.The system accomplished cold junction compensation and the detection of thermal cycles in laser welding. The experimental result obtained proved that the system satisfied the demand of quick response to temperature of laser welding.
