明目地黄丸合并法可林滴眼液治疗早期老年白内障临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察明目地黄丸合并法可林滴眼液治疗早期老年性白内障的疗效。方法:将136例早期老年性白内障患者随机分为观察组68例(122眼)和对照组68例(125眼),对照组局部法可林滴眼液滴眼,观察组在对照组基础上服用明目地黄丸,进行90d的临床观察,观察视力与晶体混浊程度。结果:两组患者视力在治疗后与治疗前相比均有显著差异(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后视力、晶体混浊程度等指标比较差异显著(P<0.05),观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:明目地黄丸合并法可林滴眼液治疗早期老年性白内障安全,疗效显著,具有推广价值。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Mingmudihuang pills and phacolysin eye drops on prophase senile cataract.Methods：A total of 136 patients diagnosed as prophase senile cataract were divided into treatment group（68 cases and 122 eyes） and the control group（68 cases and 125 eyes）.The control group were treated with phacolysin eye drops while the treatment group with Mingmudihuang pills and phacolysin eye drops at the same times.After 90d,the vision and the degree of the lens opacity were observed and compared.Results：After treatment,significant differences of the vision and the degree of the lens opacity was obversed in both two groups comparing with that before the treatment（P0.05）.The total efficiency of the observation group was significant better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：Mingmudihuang pills combined with phacolysin eye drops is effective and safe for prophase senile cataract in elderly patients.
