摘  要:通过具体计算实例分析比较了在拓扑优化中线性单元和二次单元的计算精度和效率。计算结果表明:二次单元模型的计算精度高,但其计算时间是线性单元的近百倍,优化效率低。线性六面体单元和线性五面体单元相对二次单元模型的精度偏差分别为4.57%和14.62%,基本上能保证计算精度。因此有必要采用线性单元组合或二次和线性组合单元对复杂模型进行拓扑优化,以减小计算规模,提高计算效率。Topology optimization of the specific instance is discussed in this paper,the computing efficiency and accuracy of topology results built on linear elements and quadratic elements are compared.Results show that the quadratic element model has higher accuracy,however,it's calculate time is nearly a hundred times than linear element model,which causes the decreasing problem of efficiency.The linear hexahedral and pentahedron element model relative to quadratic one for the bias are 4.57% and 14.62%,the accuracy satisfies the requirements.Therefore,in the topology optimization of complex models,it's necessary to adopt the combination of linear elements or quadratic combine with linear elements,to reduce the size and improve the efficiency.
