摘 要:目的探讨我市食品卫生监督量化分级管理对学校食堂卫生管理的影响。方法选择我市100所学校的138家食堂,对所辖学校食堂实施量化分级管理前后的卫生状况进行评分。结果实施量化分级管理后的食堂卫生许可持证率由原来的88.00%提高到100.00%;健康证的持有率、卫生知识培训的合格率均显著好于量化分级管理前(P<0.01);功能布局的符合规范率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);基础卫生设施配备的状况有了显著改善(P<0.01);餐具检测的合格率由78.83%提高到81.95%。结论量化分级管理可明显提高学校食堂整体卫生水平,对提高食堂管理水平促进食堂食品卫生具有重大意义。Objective To explore the quantitative graded management of food hygiene supervision management of school canteens health effects.Methods Our 100 schools under the jurisdiction of 138 canteens,school canteens to implement quantitative classification management of health score.Results The implementation of quantitative classification management of canteen hygiene license holder rate was increased from 88.00% to 100.00%;The health certificate hold rate,health knowledge training qualified rate are significantly better than the quantified and classified management of anterior(P0.01);The function layout conforms to the specifications of the differences were significant(P0.01);base health facilities in the state had improved significantly(P0.01);Tableware detection qualified rate is increased from 78.83% to 81.95%.Conclusion The quantified and classified management can significantly improve the overall health level of school canteens,canteen management level to improve the promotion of canteen food hygiene significance.
