摘  要:目的:通过在人乳腺癌组织和癌旁(相对正常)乳腺组织中观察p53、Caspase-3和FasL凋亡调节蛋白的表达,探讨p53、Caspase-3及FasL在乳腺癌疾病发生、发展过程中的作用及关系,为提高生物治疗乳腺癌疾病提供一定的实验依据。方法:运用免疫组织化学方法检测21例收集于手术切除患者的乳腺癌组织和癌旁相对正常乳腺组织中的p53、Caspase-3及FasL。结果:P53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为61.9%明显高于癌旁组织(相对正常)乳腺组织的0%;而Caspase-3蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为38.0%明显低于癌旁乳腺组织的80.9%;FasL蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为57.1%明显高于癌旁乳腺组织的19.0%。结论:在乳腺癌发生、发展过程中p53、Caspase-3和FasL蛋白发挥着既独立又协同的作用。Objective:To investigate the expressions of p53,Caspase-3 and FasL in breast cancer and paracancerous tissues of human in order to explore the role of tumor gene and apoptosis regulating protein in the occurrence and progress of breast cancer.Methods:The human breast cancer tissues and relatively normal breast tissues were collected from the removed tissues of 21 patients with breast cancer during surgery and analyzed by immunocytochemistry.Results:The expression level of p53 protein in breast cancer was 61.9%,significant higher than that in normal breast tissues(0%).While the expression level of caspase-3 protein in breast cancer tissue was 38.0%,significant lower than that in normal breast tissues(80.9%).Besides,the expression level of FasL protein in human breast cancer was 57.1%,significant higher than that in normal breast tissues(19.0%).Conclusions:p53,Caspase-3 and FasL may play an independent or synergetic role in the occurrence and progress of breast cancer.
