冠心病介入诊治患者的心理护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病患者术前、术后的心理状态,心理护理对行介入诊断和治疗的冠心病患者的作用。方法:选取2008年7月～2010年12月在我院心内科住院并行介入治疗的冠心病患者156例,随机分为两组,对照组(n=78)和观察组(n=78),观察组由受过专业训练的护士对患者术前和术后进行综合心理干预,对照组普通护理,采用焦虑自评量表(SDS)和抑郁自评量表(SAS)评定两组患者的情绪变化情况。结果:观察组干预后SDS得分和SAS得分分别为(29.32±4.79)和(34.68±5.29),显著低于干预前(46.72±5.89)和(49.63±6.18),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后抑郁症发病率(20.5%)显著低于干预前(46.2%),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中及术后并发症显著低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理能显著降低患者SDS得分和SAS得分,减少抑郁症及术中、术后并发症的发生。Objective： To investigate the value of psychological nursing to coronary heart disease patients with Intervention in diagnosis and treatment.Method 156 coronary heart disease patients were enrolled in department of cardiology our hospital from July 2008 to September 2010.They were divided into two groups randomly,control group（n=78） and experimental group（n=78）.The experimental group received psychological nursing by professional trained nurses,the control only received conventional nursing.The psychological states were assessed by SAS and SDS.Results： the scores of SAS and SDS in experimental group were significantly lower than in control group after intervention,P0.05.The incidence of depression in experimental group was 20.5%,lower than 46.2%in control group,P0.05.The the incidence of complications in experimental group were significantly lower than in control group,P0.05.Conclusion： Psychological nursing can obviously lower the score of SDS and SAS in coronary heart disease patients with Intervention in diagnosis and treatment,also reduce the incidence of depression and complications intraoperation and postoperation.
