糖类抗原CA724、CA199和CA242在胃癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨糖类抗原CA724、CA199和CA242在胃癌诊断中的应用价值。方法应用放射免疫分析法对36例胃癌患者血清中CA724、CA199和CA242水平进行了检测,并与35例正常健康人作比较。结果胃癌患者血清中CA724、CA199和CA242水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),且血清CA724水平与CA199、CA242水平呈明显的正相关(r=0.4985,0.6138。P<0.01)。结论检测胃癌患者血清中CA724、CA199和CA242水平的变化对胃癌的诊断有十分重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the applicability of determination of serum CA724 ,CA199 and CA242 levels for the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods Serum levels of CA724, CA199 and CA242 were determined with RIA in 36 patients with gastric cancer. Results Semrn CA724, CA199 and CA242 levels were significantly higher than those in controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Sertun CA724 levels were positive correlated with CA199 and CA242 （ r = 0. 4985,0. 6138,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Detection of serum CA724 ,CA199 and CA242 levels is heloful for the diagnosis of gastric cancer and has great clinical significance.
