管胃代食管在食管癌手术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨管状胃代替食管在食管癌根治术中的应用。方法自2008年7月至2011年2月10例食管癌患者接受胃管状成形重建食管手术,对患者术后并发症及生活质量进行临床分析。结果食管癌患者管状胃术后并发症发生率低,恢复快,生活质量明显提高。结论管状胃是一种有效的消化道重建模式,它能够有效减轻症状,大大提高食管癌患者术后生活质量。Objective To discuss the application of tubiform stomach replacement of esophagus in esophagectomy for patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods From July 2008 to February 2011,the reconstruction surgery of tubiform stomach replacement of esophagus was performed on 10 patients with esophageal carcinoma.The post-operation complications and the post-operative quality of life were studied.Results The rate of postoperative complication was lower.The patients were recovered quickly after operation,and their life quality had been noticeably improved.Conclusion Tubiform stomach is an effective mode for reconstruction of the digestive tract.It can be beneficial to reduce the symptoms and improve quality of life after esophagectomy for patients with esophageal carcinoma.
