摘　　要：自主创新是中国企业维持与提高核心竞争力的重要保障。自主创新就是把自身知识资源转化为新产品或新服务并获得新知识的过程,知识利用在自主创新中具有不可替代的作用。分析了企业自主创新中的知识利用过程及其六个阶段,提出了自主创新中知识利用过程各个阶段应注意的问题。Independent innovation is an important safeguard for Chinese enterprises to maintain and improve their core competitiveness.Independent innovation is a process in which enterprises transform their knowledge resource into new goods or new services and acquire new knowledge,and knowledge use is irreplaceable in independent innovation.This paper analyzes six phases of knowledge use process in enterprises' independent innovation and puts forward matters needing attention in each phase.
