摘　　要：为解决我国疾病预防控制绩效考核实施中收集数据量大且难以控制质量、横向比较困难等操作性难题,遵循"安全、准确、保密、可拓展、人性化"等原则,课题组研制了以Internet为通信平台、以Web为交互界面、基于大型关系数据库的疾病预防控制绩效考核信息平台。该信息平台包括信息填报、审核判断、综合评价、信息查询、系统管理5大功能模块,目前已被卫生部采纳并在全国32省、347市、3 015县中推广应用。应用结果表明,该平台能够解决绩效考核实施中操作的复杂性和考核结果欠公正等问题。To solve a series of problems in the implementation of performance evaluation,based on the principal of ＂to be safe,accurate,confidential,scalable and easy for operation＂,the research group developed the information platform of performance evaluation of disease control and prevention,which took the Internet as the platform,used Web as the interface and was based on large databases.The information platform included five functional modules：information collection,information verification and judgments,comprehensive evaluation,information query and system management.The platform has been adopted by the Ministry of Health and used in 32 provinces,347 cities and 3 015 counties now.
