摘　　要：基于2009年全国省级疾病预防控制中心77个指标的绩效考核结果,从绩效指标值、完成度和绩效得分等3个角度分析社会环境、工作基础、工作过程、系统结果和健康结果等维度间的关系,结果提示:工作基础较好的机构,疾病预防控制工作开展较好,职责完成情况和所带来的人群健康结果也较好;外部环境对体系内部存在推动和促进的作用,说明绩效考核指标体系和综合评价方法是科学合理的。On the basis of the performance evaluation results including 77 indicators of all provincial centers for disease control and prevention（CDCs） across the country in 2009,the paper analyzed the relationship between the five dimensions of the system,which included social environment,working foundations,working processes,system results and health outcome.The results showed CDCs with better working foundations could do better in the disease control and prevention,get higher duty completeness score,and have better health outcomes.Besides,the external environment promoted in the internal system.This study proved the performance evaluation system and comprehensive analysis process were scientifically rational.
