摘  要:采用电动三通比例阀来控制内燃机冷却液大、小循环流量。利用模糊控制原理对电动三通比例阀的开度进行控制,从而实现对内燃机冷却液大、小循环流量的控制。模糊控制器采用内燃机冷却液温度及其变化率作为输入,电动三通比例阀开启角度的增量为输出。在内燃机冷却系统模拟试验台架上对控制策略进行验证,结果表明:本文的流量控制策略具有较高的控制精度和较快的动态响应,可实现对内燃机冷却液大、小循环流量的合理分配,从而保证内燃机在最适宜的冷却液温度状态下工作。The electric three-way proportion valve is used for the control of the large and small coolant circulation flows of internal combustion engine. The fuzzy control principle is applied to the control of the opening of proportion valve, and hence the regulation on the large and small coolant circulations of engine is realized. The control strategy is verified on the simulation test bench of engine cooling system with the coolant temperature and its changing rate as inputs and the increment of the opening angle of proportion valve as output of fuzzy controller. The results show that the fuzzy control strategy has high control accuracy and fast dynamic response, and can achieve the rational distribution of the large and small coolant circulations of engine coolant, assuring the engine working on the most suitable coolant temperature condition.
