葛根素葡萄糖注射液对椎基底动脉供血不足患者脑血流动力学和血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察葛根素葡萄糖注射液对椎基底动脉供血不足患者脑血流动力学、血液流变学的影响。方法椎基底动脉供血不足患者240例,随机分成两组。治疗组用葛根素葡萄糖注射液250mL/d静脉输注;对照组用复方丹参注射液20mL/d静脉输注。治疗前后分别对两组患者进行脑血流动力学、血液流变学检测。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为70.0%(P<0.01);葛根素葡萄糖注射液与复方丹参注射液均可降低椎基底动脉供血不足患者的血液黏稠度;治疗组在改善脑血流速度方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葛根素葡萄糖注射液可以改善椎基底动脉供血不足患者脑血流动力学,降低血液黏稠度,作用优于复方丹参注射液。Objective To observe the effects of puerarin glucose injection on cerebral haemodynamics and hemorheology in patients（pts） with vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods Two hundreds and forty pts with vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group（n=120） treated with puerarin glucose injection,and control group（n=120） treated with compound Danshen injection.Before and after treatment,cerebral hemodynamics and hemorheology were detected.Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 70% in control group（P0.01）.Puerarin glucose injection and compound Danshen injection decreased blood viscosity.The speed flow velocity of brain in treatment group was better than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Puerarin glucose injection could improve cerebral haemodynamics and decrease blood viscosity,which was more effective than compound Danshen injection.
